About Cypress Grill
Welcome to Cypress Grill! Though I've been an Austinite for many years, I'm originally from South Louisiana, where food, culture and a way of life are intertwined. Where I come from, going out to eat is about having a fun and friendly experience, not just getting someone else to cook your food. With that in mind, I've tried to create an environment where you can relax, have a good time and be treated like a neighbor and a friend. At Cypress Grill, you will get a smile and genuine service and if, heaven forbid, we make a mistake, we will do whatever it takes to make it right. We will always go that extra mile for our guests because I believe that's just what a restaurant should do.
A note about our commitment to quality. We use only fresh-caught seafood, our chicken is all natural (raised with no growth hormones or antibiotics) and we use only the best produce, no matter what the deal of the day is. Our fry oil is 100% natural with no hydrogenated oils, no trans fats and zero cholesterol so that even when you're eating bad, you're eating good! We may take a little longer than a restaurant with fast food because all of our food is made fresh to order, when you order it. We make everything from scratch, from our salad dressings to our etouffée to our desserts.
